Withdrawal requests submitted by verified wz77 accounts are typically processed within 24 to 72 hours of submission, depending on the payment method selected. Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa wallets are generally processed faster than bank transfer withdrawals. wz77 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal and may request supporting documentation to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.
Player funds deposited into wz77 accounts are held separately from wz77 operational funds. This segregation is maintained to protect player balances in the event of operational difficulties. wz77 does not pay interest on player account balances.
An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months shall be deemed dormant. wz77 reserves the right to charge a monthly administrative fee of PKR 500 on dormant account balances, provided that the remaining balance is not reduced below zero. Players will be notified by email prior to any dormancy fee being applied.
wz77 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the promotion, including but not limited to wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, time limits, and eligible games. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.
Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified for each individual bonus offer. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means the total bonus amount must be wagered thirty times before a withdrawal is permitted. Stakes on certain game types or markets may contribute less than 100% towards meeting wagering requirements, as specified in the individual bonus terms.
wz77 operates a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus; using low-risk betting strategies specifically designed to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk; or colluding with other players to systematically exploit promotional offers. Where wz77 determines that bonus abuse has occurred, wz77 reserves the right to cancel the bonus, void any associated winnings, and permanently close the player's account without refund of any bonus-derived balance.
All sports bets placed on wz77, including cricket, PSL, international T20, and other markets, are subject to wz77's Sportsbook Rules, which are incorporated herein by reference and available in the help section of the platform. In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of any bet, the decision of wz77's trading team is final and binding, subject to the internal disputes process outlined in Clause 14.
wz77 reserves the right to void, suspend, or refuse any bet at its sole discretion where there is reasonable suspicion of match manipulation, insider trading, system errors, or any other irregularity that undermines the integrity of the betting market. Where a bet is voided, the stake will be returned to the player's wz77 account balance.
Odds displayed on wz77 are correct at the time of display but may change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds applicable to a bet are those confirmed at the time the bet is accepted by wz77's system, as recorded in the player's bet history. In the event of a palpable error in odds — meaning an odds price that is clearly incorrect by reference to the fair market price — wz77 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the player.
All casino games available on wz77 — including live dealer games, slot games, Super Bingo, and Happy Fishing — are provided by certified third-party game developers and are operated using independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is available in the individual game information panel.
wz77 does not control the outcome of any casino game and is not responsible for any technical malfunction originating from a third-party game provider's systems. In the event of a game malfunction, all bets affected by the malfunction will be voided and stakes returned to the player's wz77 account balance.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from wz77 without the express prior written consent of wz77. Any unauthorised use of wz77 intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wz77's aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their wz77 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
wz77 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, loss of opportunity, or any other economic loss, even if wz77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
wz77 does not warrant that the platform will be available uninterrupted or error-free at all times. Scheduled maintenance, unscheduled outages, or third-party service failures may temporarily affect platform availability. wz77 accepts no liability for losses sustained during any period of platform unavailability.
wz77 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.
wz77 may share player data with regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, payment processors, and KYC service providers where required by applicable law or regulation, or where such sharing is necessary to protect the integrity of the platform. wz77 will never sell your personal data to third-party marketing companies.
wz77 strictly enforces a minimum age requirement of 21 years. Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are encouraged to make use of the responsible gaming tools available in their wz77 account settings, including: deposit limits (daily, weekly, or monthly), session time alerts, temporary cooling-off periods, and permanent or time-limited self-exclusion. wz77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; fraudulent activity; suspected money laundering; abuse of bonuses; underage gambling; and requests from regulatory or law enforcement authorities.
Upon termination of an account for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via their most recently used verified payment method, subject to completion of any pending verification requirements. Balances derived from bonus funds, or balances subject to an ongoing investigation, may be withheld pending the outcome of such investigation.
Players wishing to voluntarily close their wz77 account may do so by contacting customer support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which wz77 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to the dispute resolution process established by wz77's licensing authority.
In the first instance, any dispute should be raised with wz77 customer support in writing to [email protected]. wz77 will acknowledge the complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a full response within fourteen (14) business days. If a player remains unsatisfied following wz77's formal response, the matter may be escalated to the relevant regulatory body in accordance with the procedures of the applicable licensing jurisdiction.
wz77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made to these Terms, wz77 will notify registered players by email and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the wz77 platform at least seven (7) days before the change takes effect, except where an immediate change is required by applicable law, regulation, or licensing authority directive.
Your continued use of the wz77 platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure prior to the effective date of the change. Continued play after the effective date will be deemed acceptance irrespective of whether the notification email was read.
